Booking & Payment Policy

• Advance booking (at least 1 day in advance) and prepayment are required.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met by 17:00 on the day prior to the tour, the tour will be cancelled, and guests will be offered the option to rebook or receive a full refund.

• Customers with pre-paid travel agency vouchers are kindly requested to present them to the sign-up staff on the day of the tour.

• Please note: Our online payment system only accepts credit cards that support 3D Secure authentication. If your card is not accepted, please contact us by email at tours@japanspecialists.com via WhatsApp, or by phone at 0261 85 8009 to arrange your booking.
